Background
I had and still have plenty of experience and knowledge on DiPhenHydramine. (im on 175 rn, so sorry if some of some of this seems nonsensical) I started doing DPH a little bit before the end of my school year, so around late May. i originally started with taking 1 and doubling my dose every day, but i always research every drug i do so i stopped doubling it at a certain point, only increasing my dosage by 25mg every so often. I don't think this was a recent dose increase.
A formal timeline is preferred but not required. Example format: Timeline
T+ 0:00 - Ingested ~300mg DPH
T+ 1:00 - Like always, i started feeling heavier, tired but stimulated at the same time, more confused, heart palpitations and tachycardia, and having very minor audio-visual hallucinations, etc.
T+ 2:00 - Although the peak of the effects of DPH are usually between 1 hour and 2 hours, it would compare to nothing that the comedown was like
T+ 4:00 - During the summer, i always went to bed at 4 AM, since i would take DPH at exactly midnight. When i got up to go to sleep, i went up the stairs and thought i saw my cat sleeping on his bed in the dark (hes a black cat, hes my most common hallucination on dph), i tried kissing him on the head but he was not there. I continued to search for him but i could not find him anywhere. my confused brain believed that if i did not find him, that he would die. i frantically started searching the entire house, going into multiple rooms over and over and over again, and not just because of memory loss. i could not find him anywhere, so i decided to shake a box of his treats to see if he would come to me. he did not, but i heard a small thump upstairs. i noticed that my parent's bedroom door was closed and my cat was just stuck in there. although i had now rationalized that he was safe, i didnt even think to open the door, he stayed in that room until the door was open some time in the morning.
