Talk:Synaesthesia

I'm not really sure where to put this, and I'm hesitant to consider it an integration.

I would not consider an interactable visual noise a dysfunction (a la HPPD) because it doesn't impede me anywhere and it's not disordered. It's just extra sensory data interaction. It's more like an acquired synesthesia.

The problem with everything forever (in the background that I can't figure out) has always been: I don't know how to teach people to command the noise to do anything they want. The same technique controls the hallucinations within trips. To be explicit: I have never had a hallucinogenic autonomous entity, only non-autonomous ones. I can and do do absolutely anything I want to them. The timeframes for my willed-modifications are instantaneous. Graham (talk) 18:39, 10 June 2026 (UTC)
