I was peaking on 200 micrograms of LSD when I realized the place I had been trying to reach with these trips was right here all along.
The “farther out” I got, the clearer the polarity became--and the more I understood that getting “there” was really about being here.
It was not about escape, but the opposite. Paradoxically, the more I tried to outrun myself, the more in touch I was becoming.
