In my view, the best alternative roa, when considering bioavailability and harm potential would be rectal, also known as boofing or plugging. I guess, in most social situations, it is sadly off limits. But when using a substance in the privacy of your home, I'd consider it the best alternative to ruining your nasal tissue. But the guide to rectal administration is very incomplete. I guess it could be expanded using information from this guide. --Mircea (talk) 14:19, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
