25B-NBOH may have the potential to cause serious injury and death.

While no deaths have been reported, it is likely that this compound shares a similar toxicity profile with 25B-NBOMe (which has been linked to multiple deaths).[1] It is strongly discouraged to take higher doses of this substance or to insufflate (snort) it.
