Dopamine affinity

Note: dopamine reuptake inhibition is responsible for the euphoria, enhancements and reinforcement, NMDA antagonism is responsible for the dissociation and CEVs. PJosepherum (talk) 16:38, 17 March 2014 (UTC)

Freebase/salt duration, dosage, etc

Just ran another test last night with maybe 200mg citrate oral and duration for major effects was between t+0.30 and t+2.00. Stimulation and insomnia lingered for several hours afterwards but I'm a couple days into etizolam discontinuation (your milage may vary).

Tolerance is ridiculous with this stuff, though. The freebase I found to be effective > ~100mg the first trial (MXP naive) and not really hit until about 2 hours in, peaks at maybe 3, total duration 5-6 hrs. Hole does not appear achievable in its freebase form.

Only minor anesthetic effects and possibly adrenic stimulation (twitchy eyes, insomnia) were felt with the citrate salt at ~200mg oral last night. No dopamine effect as described in the report, so I either drained my supply (though I would think otherwise, since cannabis/opioids were still very reinforcing) or tolerance built rapidly.

Blood pressure is still a concern; with increased or repeated dosage this will take longer to return to baseline. It's advisable to leave a week at least between sessions to reset dopamine and nmda receptor tolerance.
