Excuse me, because this is my first contribution to psychonautwiki.org and I don't know how to proceed. I would like to upload a photo (taken by me, for public domain) of Methadose bottles distributed in Colombia. I would like to know what others think about the relevance of the image. An additional motivation I have for the upload is to point (in the "summary" or "description") that chronic pain or opioid-dependent patients in Colombia can take home 1 month supply, for any daily dosage prescribed [BTW: I was prescribed methadone for severe chronic neuropathic pain. The photo is of a monthly supply]. Methadone made by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals in the U.S.A, is imported by the "Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes" (National Narcotics Fund) of the Colombian government, and then repackaged and distributed. In Colombia, methadone is a controlled substance subject to state monopoly. In Colombia the abuse and diversion of methadone exist, but are rare. Dose range is too fucking heavy it could kill someone

30 mg methadone = 90mg morphine, that is really too much for a non-tolerant user, it could easily kill a naive user, and even 20mg is a shit ton of methadone for a non-tolerant user, please lower the dose range, this is too much. SuperAziz (talk) 09:43, 22 February 2023 (UTC)
