The difference between the feeling of "you are everyone" and "you are everything" is that the first is level 2 unity (unity between the self and specific external systems while the latter is level 5 unity (unity between the self and all external systems). There are 5 levels of unity and interconnectedness.

  1. Unity between specific external systems
  2. Unity between the self and specific external systems
  3. Unity between the self and all perceivable external systems
  4. Unity between the self and all presently occurring external systems
  5. Unity between the self and all external systems

Level 1 unity would be, for example, a sense of unity between humanity and nature or a human being and the car they are driving. Level 1 is the only level of unity that does not involve a sense of interconnectedness with the self and the external.

If I am the universe, then why is my control limited to this particular body? I have no way to find out, really. That is beyond me.

I do not constantly get unity; it comes and goes throughout the day. (((Need to find out how often you experience unity and for how many hours or minutes you experience it. How long does the unity last?) Check chat long. My unity will sometimes last all day.

My thoughts change when I experience unity. After going to get some popcorn, I thought "I am going to eat myself." While eating the popcorn, I thought "I am eating myself."
