Alternatively, the sandwich can be done away with entirely; peanut butter alone, when mixed with the plant material, will mask the flavour and texture, and help with absorption of noxious tannins. Using peanut butter alone, the dose can be consumed by simply tossing and washing down with milk. P. Josepherum (talk) 12:18, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
