Substance(s): Benzydamine Dose: 0.75g with 0.5g Route of Administration: oral Subject

Age: 18 Gender: MtF Height: 169 cm / 5’7 Weight: 59 kg / 130 lb Date: 05/2022

Background The Subject had done benzydamine at lower doses before the previous week (0.5g on separate occasions) and felt a tolerance when taking the 0.75g dose. The 0.75g was taken outdoors while the 0.5g was done in their room. They haven’t taken any drugs other than weed and the previous BZY doses. She used to suffer from hallucinations and delusions up to a year before this trip and still had delusions at the time of this report.

Experience report

0950: take the dose dissolved in oil 1120: smokes some weed (~0.2g) with tobacco 1300: “it’s so boring. Nowhere near as good as the last 2 times. I rly hope it kicks in fully in abt an hour tho” 1900: take a .5 (the last trip didnt rly do much)

NOTE: In retrospect, this second dose taken was a result of compulsive redosing

2047: tripping so fucking hard I see tracers, objects morphing into something else. Paranoia and minor peripheral hallucinations. Again, it works in waves 2210: close my eyes to check for CEVs, end up seeing scenes of various things swapping for another every few seconds, most memorable was of a dragon (Salamence) flying very fast across a salt flat with small mountains bordering it and the sky looked red with yellow hollow triangles filling it. It looked like a scene from an action anime 2239: went into my room w lights off and they're way clearer. Heard a dog bark. Paranoia fading. When I stare for too long, vision gets darker until internal hallucinations come out and they have a different energy. There was a girl telling me to escape during an out of body experience as I closed my eyes for a moment. Was surrounded by vivid imagery of futuristic medical rooms with the girl looking at me. 2243: saw obi wan and I asked for wisdom. He immediately fell asleep after (I also need to sleep). Hallucinations fading/weaker. Due to timing it's either very strong or very weak. Curious to see what I'll dream abt this night. 2250: feel another peak coming and also I forgot to mention that I saw loads of daddy long legs in the window. Delusions are interfering with everything, giving it meaning. Also the tracers are kinda weird too. Doing their own thing even when not moving 0115: It's still going (wow) but it's mostly just tracers, mild hallucinations and a tiredness/achyness and also insomnia. It's not as fun anymore and is just annoying tbh but idk I'll try to sleep. Forgot to mention seeing mice on the floor scurrying around

0422: still mild hallucinations (afterimage morphing into other things and shifting shadows. Sometimes makes shadow people

0434: The effects now looks similar to the hallucinations I used to have a yr or 2 ago though much scarier

0639: by this time I feel almost none of the direct effects anymore, still insomnic and exhausted
