This is a tag category that should contain all templates that represent more than one license. Note that templates using the GFDL-to-CC license migration system are not included as such (as multi-licensing here depends on the use) - those can be found in Category:Templates using the license migration system. The category is intended for use by external tools and MediaWiki extensions, to easily identify multi-license license tags.
