Cannabis Light is a term that usually refers to the kind of hemp where the amount of the active substance THC (Delta 9 Tetrahydrocannabinol) is low or insignificant. Cannabis Light does not produce an intoxicating effect, but can still work calming because the amount of CBD is usually high.
The limit levels for the amount of THC that Cannabis Light may contain vary. In Sweden, the limit is 0.2% THC.
Cannabis Light has a very low content of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the active ingredient responsible for the intoxication of marijuana, but instead contains the metabolite cannabidiol (CBD), which has a relaxing effect.
According to many studies, CBD has many health benefits. Among other things, CBD is anti-inflammatory, has antidepressant properties and is used in, among other things, in the United States as antiepileptics with good results.
How to use Cannabis Light
Cannabis Light can be used in many different ways. For example, you can smoke Cannabis Light, make oil or use the hemp in skin cream.
